Oroh is a language and an ethnic group of people in the Illan Archipelago. They are groups of nomadic hunter-gatherers. The Oroh language belongs to the Laiak language family, a subgroup of the Panau-Laiak languages. The Oroh and Ebon people share many similar cultural traditions, such as the head-hunting practices.

The traditional Oroh religion is polytheistic.
