The aswang is a supernatural creature who looks like a beautiful human by day but develops wings and a taste for blood by night. An aswang has a long, slithering tongue, which it inserts into the victim's throat, draining its blood until it becomes full. It appears bloated, as if pregnant, after feeding.

Steal Blood: An aswang uses its long, slithering tongue to draw blood from its victim. The aswang can only use this attack on a helpless or pinned opponent. This attack deals 1 point of Constitution damage each round. Once it has dealt 3 points of Constitution damage, it detaches and flies off to digest the meal.

Tongue: The tongue of an aswang releases an anaesthetic that numbs nerves. An opponent that does not actually witness the attack must succeed on a Wisdom check (Difficulty 20) to notice it. An aswang's tongue counts as a Small held object for the purposes of a sundering attempt.
